About Stitchable Annswers

Stitchable Annswers is located in Alvin, Texas as a subsidiary of Elegant Annswers which has been serving the Houston and Dickinson areas since 1990.

Ann Walmsley has been sewing since 7th grade. All through high school she made many of her own clothes. She designed her own dresses which were sewn by her mother. She attended Houston Community College were she was pursuing a degree in Fashion Design and Image Consulting. Ann has been designing appearal and doing alterations since starting Elegant Annswers in 1990.

Ann lives with her 3 kids and dog, Molly. She comes from a long line of talented sewers so it was no surprise when she found her passion behind the sewing machine. She hopes one day her own children will take pleasure in this fine art.
